Equipment

  • oven

  • non stick Reynold's Wrap aluminum foil

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 450 degrees F {I typically do 425 degrees F using the convect setting, however}
  2. Put your salmon on your sheet pan, over the non-stick aluminum foil
  3. Top each piece of raw salmon with the garlic spread dip
  4. Sprinkle dried dill seasoning on top of the garlic spread!
  5. Put in oven for 17-20 minutes
  6. OMG! It's the BEST!!!

Wondering What to make with it?!

My favorite way to eat my Garlic Dill Salmon is to serve over a pre-made bagged kale salad like the one by Taylor Farms or Trader Joes. Or you can serve over a bed or quinoa or rice. You could also serve it with a side of potatoes, sautéed mushrooms {shown with my salmon in the first pic above!!!}, roasted carrots, or any vegetable really. Even corn on the cob would make for a great side!! The options are truly endless!!

LOOKING FOR THE PERFECT SIDE DISH TO MAKE WITH THIS RECIPE FOR COHO SALMON?

Rice is always a good idea and if you want to add a vegetable in there, I’d make my sautéed mushrooms that are actually the MOST delicious and you can make them in 10-minutes flat!
