If you follow me on Instagram, you know that this is a family dinner I make at least once a week. I love it. My husband loves it. And my kids are literally obsessed with this recipe for coho salmon. I always start by giving them each a half of a piece and then they ALWAYS ask for more! It’s also a meal that is equally as delicious the next day if you have leftovers. Sometimes, I purposely make more than I know we’ll eat just because I LOVE it the next day and I LOVE it cold. Mmmmmm.

Wondering What to make with it?!
My favorite way to eat my Garlic Dill Salmon is to serve over a pre-made bagged kale salad like the one by Taylor Farms or Trader Joes. Or you can serve over a bed or quinoa or rice. You could also serve it with a side of potatoes, sautéed mushrooms {shown with my salmon in the first pic above!!!}, roasted carrots, or any vegetable really. Even corn on the cob would make for a great side!! The options are truly endless!!
LOOKING FOR THE PERFECT SIDE DISH TO MAKE WITH THIS RECIPE FOR COHO SALMON?
Rice is always a good idea and if you want to add a vegetable in there, I’d make my sautéed mushrooms that are actually the MOST delicious and you can make them in 10-minutes flat!
