Hands down. Period, the end. When someone asks me for an easy and delicious dinner recipe that they can get on the table FAST, my go-to answer every time is my Garlic Dill Salmon! Why? Because it is ALWAYS a complete and total crowd-pleaser. If you like salmon, you will LOVE this dish. That’s a promise!

If you follow me on Instagram, you know that this is a family dinner I make at least once a week. I love it. My husband loves it. And my kids are literally obsessed with it. I always start by giving them each a half of a piece and then they ALWAYS ask for more! It’s also a meal that is equally as delicious the next day if you have leftovers. Sometimes, I purposely make more than I know we’ll eat just because I LOVE it the next day and I LOVE it cold. Mmmmmm.

I can’t tell you how many of you I’ve given the recipe to on insta and you alwayssss come back telling me what a hit it was with the whole fam! And I’m like, I knew it would be!!!!!

Oh, and if you’re wondering. It’s a recipe that I completely and totally made up on my own using a few of our grocery staples. I’m pretty proud of it, if I do say so myself! Plus, of course it’s easy because as you know, I ONLY do easy!

Have I convinced you that my Garlic Dill Salmon is where it’s at, yet?
Okay, I won’t make you wait any longer for the easiest recipe ever!! Here we go!

- Top each piece of raw salmon with the garlic spread dip
- Sprinkle dried dill seasoning on top of the garlic spread!
- Put in oven for 17-20 minutes
- OMG! It's the BEST!!!

Wondering What to make with it?!
My favorite way to eat my Garlic Dill Salmon is to serve over a pre-made bagged kale salad like the one by Taylor Farms or Trader Joes. Or you can serve over a bed or quinoa or rice. You could also serve it with a side of potatoes, sautéed mushrooms {shown with my salmon in the first pic above!!!}, roasted carrots, or any vegetable really. Even corn on the cob would make for a great side!! The options are truly endless!!
So now that you have it, if you make this recipe, please share on your socials and tag me!! {I’m @danaivy on insta! If you don’t follow me already, you should!!} I would LOVE to see your Garlic Dill Salmon and hear about how much you love it! {insert wink face here, lol!} Because I know you really will!!!
