Oh hey there!!! It’s been a while, I know, but I just wanted to pop in to tell my favorite blog readers that I miss you guys!! Like, I really do. To be honest, I miss blogging altogether and I know I’ve said that before {déjà vu anyone?} but I have a good reason for slowing down {again}… I had another baby! 

The title of this post is “Meet My New Baby…” except the truth is that my new baby is not so new anymore {cue the mom tears}. My new baby is 6 months already!!! And while he’s only in the 4th percentile for weight, he is a big boy these days doing big boy things. {examples include army crawling and moving back and forth on all fours 24/7} 

You all have heard me talk about how miserable I am while I’m pregnant and while I definitely felt better this time around, it wasn’t a walk in the park either. Add to that having to take care of a toddler, well, yikes. BUT, thankfully those 9 months have passed and my husband and I welcomed another little boy into this world!! He is the cutest, sweetest, most precious little thing I’ve ever laid my eyes on! The only good part about being a sick preggo is that literally the second I give birth I feel like myself again. Case in point: the night I got home from the hospital I went to Target by myself. I felt on top of the world! I didn’t have a c-section otherwise I might have been singing a different tune but I always say that my reward for feeling so terrible while I’m pregnant is an easy labor and delivery experience. I know I’m fortunate with that. So blog friends, I want to officially introduce you to the newest addition to the fam, Mr. Levi Tanner!

Coming into this world at 6 lb, 9 oz and 19 and 1/2 inches tall, my doctor immediately declared that our new little bundle of joy was a peanut! And now that’s what I call him, my little peanut. The nickname has totally stuck =) 

If you follow me on instagram and watch my instastories, you most likely are very familiar with the little guy already. Over the past 6 months all I’ve basically been doing is staring at Levi’s little face and cute skinny body as well as taking way too many photos and videos of him. I mean, the amount of photos and videos I have of him should probably be illegal. Let’s just say soon after he graced us with his presence, I had to up my iPhone storage space. #worthit

And in other news, Brody will be 3 at the end of December and has a real personality now. He is ALL BOY. He is funny, sweet, warm, friendly, and has the most kind demeanor. He also is the BEST big brother!!!! He absolutely loves “Leeby”!! Still, above all else, he is also a WILD child. He’s so curious about everything and is a total monkey, climbing and running and jumping on anything he comes in contact with. Coincidence that Curious George is his fave show on TV? I think not.  

But back to Levi, I thought I would share with you guys his monthly photos that I’ve been taking. Looking back at these as a whole leaves me speechless! I can’t believe he has already grown so much!! Time sure does fly when you’re having fun!!!!!!!!! 

I feel like I just had this little dude and am still in disbelief that he’s 6 months old already {like, whaaaaat?!?!?!} He weighs in at 14.8 pounds and he’s thriving and happy. He just started eating real food this month and LOVES it. More on that in a separate post to come! 

So now that I’m in a good routine being a mom of 2, my goal is to blog a few times a month. Obviously not the same as 3 times a week like I used to do, but that’s where I’m starting. I want to continue sharing all the things I love and adore with you, and that’s exactly what I’m going to do! I truly appreciate everyone who takes time out of their day to read the posts that I put together. You guys are seriously the best!!!! And for those of you who’ve reached out asking where I’ve been and why I haven’t been blogging, I love you so much for even caring enough to ask! Now you know!!!!
