Recipe: Chocolate Banana Marshmallow Popsicles OMG :: I Adore What I Love Blog :: www.iadorewhatilove.com #iadorewhatiloveGet ready because I’m about to blow.your.mind. Brody and I decided to make popsicles the other day while Levi was napping and what we created was seriously EPIC. Using ingredients already found in the house, we literally created the popsicle of all popsicles. Everyone already knows that chocolate and banana is a killer combo but the addition of mini marshmallows takes it to a WHOLE NEW LEVEL. And when you freeze this trio up, the result is INSANITY.

Ingredients

  • Popsicle molds – I have THESE {which I not so sure I’m crazy about but like how they look} and THESE which I love {and I have THESE too – they’re great for babies}
  • 2 bananas
  • 1/2 can of full fat unsweetened coconut milk {mix it well first while still in can before measuring} BUY HERE.
  • 1/4 Hershey’s Special Dark Mildly Sweet Chocolate Syrup. BUY HERE.
  • mini marshmallows

Directions:

  1. Blend the bananas, coconut milk and chocolate syrup together in a blender.
  2. Fill each mold with mini marshmallows to the top.
  3. Then pour mixture into molds {marshmallows are already in them!!}, fill to top, cap, and freeze for 4+ hours.
  4. Once frozen and ready to eat, run under warm water for at least 5 seconds and carefully remove the popsicle from the mold.
  5. ENJOY

Notes:

If you don’t want to buy popsicle molds or don’t already have them, you can always use dixie cups and *sticks and they will still taste amazing!!!!

*To get the stick to stay upright, put a banana slice on the bottom of the dixie cup, insert the stick into the banana slice vertically, then throw the marshmallows into the cup and pour the mixture on top before freezing.
